I’ve been subscribed to YogaGlo for more than 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service it provides. It gives me access to the styles of yoga I like, teachers I love and times that fit any schedule. This is a great tool for anyone who can’t get to the studio as often as they would like and haven’t started diving into a personal self practice. Another great quality is the ability to select the time. If you only have 45 min and want to fly through a Vinyasa Flow class you can – and trust me, you will sweat.
The vibe you get is quite similar to being in a class. Somehow the instructors know when you’re misaligned or at least these people are so seasoned that they can anticipate that your butt is totally hanging out in warrior 2. The instructors are also veterans and travel the world teaching yoga classes and workshops. Their cues are fantastic and the majority of the time you don’t even need to be watching to screen to figure out what they are talking about.
My favorite classes are typically of the Vinyasa Flow ilk and taught by Tiffany Cruikshank, Kathryn Budig and Dice Iida-Klein. Very physical and I often toggle the arm balances option because I’m nuts.
I’ve even checked out quite a few of the guided meditation classes as well and they are definitely worth checking out if you’re a beginner like me.
Definitely a worthwhile investment for anyone who wishes they could get to the studio more and want a world classes yoga experience.

My “style” of yoga can be characterized by a few key words: anatomical, foundation, avoiding warrior poses and arm balances. My favorite teachers are: Jeff Mah, Tiffany Cruickshank and Kathryn Budig. If you are familiar with any of these teachers you’ll know that I like to get my heart pumping and flow through Asana’s.
